Payment and Refund Policy

At Tech Pro Software Advisory Private Limited, transparency and fairness are fundamental to our business ethos. Prior to the initiation of any work, a pre-payment of 50% of the total quoted price is required. This payment secures your slot in our production queue and enables us to allocate resources accordingly. Work shall commence promptly upon receipt of this initial payment.

All payments made to Tech Pro Software Advisory Private Limited are non-refundable. This policy applies under all circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Project cancellations by the client for any reason.

• Changes in project scope initiated by the client.

• Delays or inability to complete the project due to client non-responsiveness or lack of required information.

Once work has commenced, payments made will not be refunded under any conditions. Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review project requirements and agreements before making payments.

By proceeding with payment, clients acknowledge and agree to this non-refundable policy.
