1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Should you disagree with any portion of these Terms, we kindly request that you refrain from utilizing our services.

2. Payment and Refund Policy

At Tech Pro Software Advisory, transparency and fairness are fundamental to our business ethos. Prior to the initiation of any work, a pre-payment of 50% of the total quoted price is required. This non-refundable payment secures your slot in our production queue and enables us to allocate resources accordingly. Work shall commence promptly upon receipt of this initial payment.

Once work has commenced, payments made are considered non-refundable. However, exceptions may be made under specific circumstances, such as:

• Unforeseen technical difficulties preventing the completion of the project.
• Inability to meet agreed-upon deadlines due to circumstances beyond our control. Refund requests must be submitted within 2 hours of the commencement of work. Requests made after this timeframe will not be entertained.

   

3. Scope of Work

Clarity and alignment are paramount to project success. Before the commencement of any work, both parties shall collaboratively define and agree upon the scope of the project. Any additional work requested beyond the agreed scope may result in additional charges, subject to mutual agreement.

4. Intellectual Property

We respect and uphold intellectual property rights. Until full payment has been received, all intellectual property rights associated with the work produced by Tech Pro Software Advisory shall remain vested with Tech Pro Software Advisory. Upon receipt of full payment, clients shall be granted the requisite rights to utilize the work for its intended purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence in all endeavors, it is important to note that Tech Pro Software Advisory shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the applicable courts of India.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any revisions shall constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.
